An interesting icon appeared on many Windows 7 and 8.1 users today. The icon, when you hover hover it, says "Get Windows 10". No, this isn't a virus on your computer, it's the first step towards the new implementation of Windows 10.
Actually, it's quite simple... When you click the Get Windows 10 system tray icon it opens a new Window that guides you through the reserving a copy of Windows 10 process.
If you click on the "Reserve your free upgrade" button, Windows will ask for administrative privilages to active it. If you are not logged in as administrator, you will have to enter your password. Once you authorize the change, the following screen will show up:
It confirms your registration and lets you know that Windows 10 will be available July 29th. You can enter your email to receive a copy of when it is ready.
